    Great news!
IM may not be the best there, but it's big enough in order for you to learn the bread and butter of medicine. At least it's not in NYC.

my friend did her peds rotation there and loved it. good exposure to different areas of peds according to her. it's very hard to schedule it though. they fill up six months in advance.

Has anyone done any electives at MGH? What is the experience like? What sorts of subspecialties are open? Also, what is the sub-internship like? Call schedules, hours, etc? thanks!

Has anyone heard about MGH losing its accred in Peds?

I'm hearing that it's ACGME under family practice, and since they no longer offer family practice, that Peds is no longer ACGME...

    Anyone?

I don't beleive that rotations are ACGME because Family practice is ACGME. To be ACGME each rotation is separate. Rotations are greenbook if Family practice is ACGME and this is accepted my many states.

ok, my bad for using the wrong terminology... point is, what's the status of the rotation at this point in time?

has ANYONE done this rotation recently???
