    hospitals

In NYC there is St Vincents in Manhattan a very highly regarded hospital in Greenwich Village,a great place to work. Many of its residency programs are competitive for entry and mostly but not all US grads. There is also a different St Vincents Hospital in Staten Island which has many IMGs and is not in the same ballpark in quality as the other one, although is has some good programs. They are both are under the St vincent catholic medical center name but have mostly separate residency programs.Lincoln Medical Center is a city hospital in the south bronx it has a good EM residency.it has a reputation for being a difficult place as far as work load and scut.Be sure you know what you are getting into before you consider going there.
