Where do I submit my CV

    Advertisements

I have seen that a curriculum vitae is needed as part of the application process to residencies. Where and when is this submitted? Does it go in ERAS, do I take a copy of it with me to interviews...?
My case is somewhat unusual. I have been out of clinical medicine for several years working in the CME content development business, and am now reapplying to residencies in FP. What kind of thing should I include in my CV? How much detail should I go into about each position I have held for the last 10 years?

    re

When you fill your application in myERAS, your CV is "built" automatically.

You should include in your application all the work experience related to medicine that you have, it gives you an space there to give a brief description (1020 characters) . Include volunteer, teaching, research experiences.
It allows you to add as many pages as you may need.

    good luck!
