Do you think Trump's new executive order on the H1B is a win for American foreign medical graduates?

Academics and lower-wage employees (oftentimes at non-profits), as well as foreign students drawn to those jobs, also count on the program ó and a crackdown could hinder their efforts to pursue the jobs they love, in fields that arenít typically lucrative, like advocacy and social justice.[/COLOR]

    yes, enough is enough.

it is time to hire US citizens, instead of foreigners! US citizens who have spent money to study aboard, so that they can get better jobs in the usa. there is no reason why they should not be considered first.

sure, there are lots of super intelligent people in other countries, if we hire all of them, then what will the less competitive US citizens do?

it is time to ban illegal immigrants, too. it is funny that criminals actually want to call themselves "undocumented", they are criminals that broke the laws of the usa.

Us US citizens pay the taxes and the medicaid/medicare pays for residency salary. I'm not against hiring foreign grads who are from other countries but residency programs should hiring US citizens/green card holders first.

As more and more US schools are started these residency spots will become less and less for everyone.

Not unless the bill passes house and senate to increase residency spots by 15,000 by 2021. So far the bill is stuck in the House of Rep.
