I feel bad for you, and all my friends in your shoe. Please contact the department of Health in BC. They will answer it for you. From What I hear from my friends, Yes you have to have done MCCEE and applied, but one person just says MCCEE. I am thinking just passing MCCEE is enough. But again dont take our words for it, call BC Ministry of Health or Department of Health.
