    NRMP question

If you're applying to more than one category of program (FP/IM), how do you rank them?

Is it a separate rank for each or do you rank them together?
Best rejection to date: "..our selection committee has concluded that an interview is not indicated."

You rank them together in the order you want to go to each program/specialty

    From NRMP website:
" On the primary rank order list, applicants can list several different specialty types (e.g., internal medicine, family practice, surgery, etc.) according to their preferences. Program types preliminary or transitional, categorical, and advanced also can be mixed on the primary rank order list."

    Thanks Jay!
