So what's your plan?

All of you FMG's who match what is you plan? I mean, it seems as if you can only really expect to get of J1 visa in most cases which means you have to leave the US for a while after the residency right?
What do all of you intend to do during this period?

Or maybe will most people try to get their visa's converted to a Hb1?

i plan to get a waiver....but i've heard it is quite difficult.

No is not.
There are many unprivileged places here in the US, that NEED doctors and the only way the can get some is by the waiver.

Just need to look for places that traditionally give out waivers.
