    hi to you all ,
my question is regarding fellowship , what does it mean ?
if i start and specialise in other places , not in the u.s. -what does fellowship means to me .

other question, if i specialise but not in the u.s. and do pass all the USMLE successful , can i go and practise in the states ?

    thank you for the help.

a fellowship is further training (subspecialty) after residency is complete.

you have to complete all USMLEs and complete residency training in the US as well (and fellowships for subspecialties). no exceptions.
