    Too late for Cali residencies?

    Advertisements

I qualify for California based on school and number of clinicals, but it looks like California has some pretty extensive paperwork. Does anyone know how long it takes to get through all of that red tape? I'm thinking it would be impossible to do it in time for interviews, but maybe I can set myself up for the scramble.

The other problem is that I dropped out of a US school, and went offshore completing core rotations at two different schools. Does that eliminate me from doing residency in any states?

It shouldn't since there are IMG's who could not even get into a U.S. school applying. The only way to know is to apply.
