How sad!!! I wonder if the homeless man knew what he was drinking... What in the world would motivate a kid to do something like that??

this is so sad, it makes me sick to my stomach.
the car's on fire and there's no driver at the wheel and the sewers are all muddied with a thousand lonely suicides and a dark wind blows. the government is corrupt and we're on so many drugs with the radio on and the curtains drawn. we're trapped in the belly of this horrible machine and the machine is bleeding to death.

Completely agree. And, if the victim dies, he needs to be charged with Felony Murder (defined as any death as a result of a commission of a felony -- for instance, if you rob a bank and a poor old man dies from a heart attack during the robbery, the bank robber can be charged with "Felony Murder")... As for what the original felony is, there are plenty to choose from. Every cleaning solution has a label that states use of the product in matters other than intended by the manufacture is a federal crime (felony, I believe). And in many states, Felony Murder can carry up to life without parole, which I would push, if the victim dies. This kid is a scumbag, pure and simple, and should be locked away for a long, long, long time.

I have heard that if the victim dies withing 366 days of the felony, from complications related to the felony, they can still be charged with murder.
