Surprise to see Dark chocolate is also good for brain. Compounds in dark chocolate boost memory, attention span, reaction time, and problem-solving skills by increasing blood flow to the brain.
When I was still young, my Mom's always telling me to eat nuts regularly as it will help be become smarter haha.
