I think you are asking the wrong question. But before I begin, let me say this is ALL speculation.

You finish when you pass your exams. So that can be late May or early June to obviously mid July (the final date for credits). Of course, I am speaking on behalf of the 4 YR MD Program which is supposed to mirror US MD Programs. I hate to say it, but I think you shouldn't be concerned on a return date. You may very well end up spending the summer there for research/work/extra-curriculars. A lot of things can change in a year

If you are asking because of return flights, this is what I did:
When you buy tickets online, you have the option of a more expensive ticket which allows you to freely change your reservation dates, etc, without any expense.

    Warning for Polish speaking students!!!

Obviously things can change from year to year with this school so you may want to confirm with the Dean's office about this but last year students of the 4 year program who spoke Polish had NO classes for the first week because they only scheduled Polish for non-speakers and no other classes - it was very lame. This pissed off a lot of people who had no idea, and basically sat around Poznan for a week with nothing to do. If this is still the case you can easily miss the orientation days and give your self an extra week to travel, pack or do whatever you want.

    Paul,

How serious is the Polish Language class? I do not speak Polish. By seriousness I mean: difficulty, exams, etc?

Is this a class I actually will have to take time outside of class to prepare for? I imagined it to be a course that met frequently, but beyond that did not much work. I would be shocked to hear that I have to study for this as well, haha.

    Best
    Alex

I agree with Paul. Polish was not bad at all, granted it does depend on which Prof you get. Mine was really laid back, so we didn't have any homework and were able to reschedule class if we had an upcoming exam. We did have tests, but it was only to see our progress, so there was not really a grade. I heard from other students that they had homework where they maybe had to write a paragraph in Polish or do some exercises, but I don't think it would be a problem to find someone to help you if you need it.

Sorry to drag up this old thread, but do you actually have homework? If so, just for this class or for others as well?

Polish was the only class where you might have homework and that would depend on your teacher, and again it's nothing you need to take seriously so really don't worry about it.
