Physical Education as in... gym? Running around a field and doing pushups?
This isn't high school, and even there it was only required for a year. I don't see any reason there would be. At this stage you're expected to keep fit of your own accord.
I found the US program course list website for MUL (not sure which uni you'll be attending/ think of attending) and it doesn't say a word about PE...

If there is, is there any particular reason you care? I understand it being annoying if it turned out that there was such a requirement, but I'd hardly worry about it as opposed to moving to a foreign country, memorizing anatomy/physiology (maybe that's what it meant, in which case you better believe it'll be there), etc. Then again, I know very few Americans (myself included...) who wouldn't benefit from a refresher gym course.

Also, it's scientifically proven people who are active can assimilate information faster and retain it longer than those sitting behind a computer all day or only going out to attend class... but that's just a sidenote.

Yes. There is a physical education element at many Eastern European medical schools.

FWIW, do NOT go to E-Eu expecting things to be like the States. They are not. This is a different part of the world, and things are different culturally. Frankly, the generally abysmal level of physical fitness in the States leads me to the conclusion that our populace could do with a little more PE class, rather than having it cut out of the curriculum.

Finally, if you are going to study in E-Eu, don't go through an agency. It's a complete and utter waste of money.

... unless the school you want requires an agent (as is my case). That way you're stuck to either change your school of choice or suck it up and pay an agent
