    Better health depends upon the good diet and such diet must be comprising of the balance proteins and suitable cholesterol level therefore this thing is better to have the fitness of the body by adopting such measures.

    Yes of course a good health always depends healthy diet and good physical workout routine.
    Eat organic and natural foods rather than junk and processed foods to get more nutrition and vitamins in your diet.
    Daily spend at least 30 minutes in exercise or sports activities to maintain a good fitness level.

    Health is wealth and its a great blessing. It is good to maintain health with eating good food. Exercise and proper sleep both are important for health.
