    Cardio question from UW!

    24 Yrs old white male died suddenly with history of harsh systolic murmur. His brother and uncle also died early due to sudden cardiac death. Biopsy showed thicken of both ventricle. Which of the following would increase his murmur?

    A. Squatting.
    B. Passive Legs raise.
    C. Sudden standing.
    D. Lying down.
    E. Sitting down.
    F. Infusion of Phenylephedrine.
    G. Sustain handgrip.
