    A young man with multiple wart like lesions[like condyloma accuminata] in the shaft of his penis which is associated with HPV 16 and histologically resembles Bowen's disease...what is it?

    It is B] Bowenoid papulosis,which is histologically similar to Bowen's disease which is a benign lesion of penis but can be a precursor of squamous cell ca of penis.
