Patient has an IM and the cardiologist wants to know his levels of homocystein

    so

1- Why is this aminoacis related to a MI?
2-What type of anemia is related to this condition?
3-it will be low or high?

    1. the aminoacid causes high levels of lipid deposition in the vessels?
    2. anemia associated would be vit. 12 right?
    3. you would have a high amount of methylmalonic acid.
