    Advertisements

    Hi

I have done associates degree in health administration, based upon which I am working as an health administrator. To upgrade myself professionally, I am planning to do some advanced degree along with my current job. And to do so, the only visible option is online education. Since, I earned my present degree on campus, m bit susceptible about the online practical training n all. Will they also be conducted online?

Please let me know if any one have some idea about my doubts.

    Thanks!
    A C

I believe the poster stated he/she already has an Associates Degree.

The poster proposes pursuing an "advanced degree", though this is a little unclear it is generally taken as meaning a Masters or Doctorate. I am assuming the poster is speaking of a Bachelors though.

There are numerous legitimate accredited online programs these days. As for "practical training" I am really uncertain of what you refer to since you are not in a clinical field. At any rate, many programs mix online classes with on site classes so if there is practical training involved you can probably find a program that provides that on site I imagine. You simply have to research the programs you are interested in to discover exactly what they offer.

The academic reputation and accreditation of the school(s) you consider should be of some importance. You may be asked at interview why you chose a particular school or what it offered that satisfied your requirements. Be prepared to give an intelligent response.

In the end it is a very personal decision and there are many schools. In general I advise anybody to attend the "best" school they can regardless of the degree they are after.

    Best of luck to you.

You understood me correctly. Was looking for bachelors only. Suggest some good online schools offering bachelor's degree. And share in case you have experience with any such online university.

yeah, okie. But the approach remains the same. Currently I am connected with UoP. Looking at the high pricing issues after comparing with others, thinking to switch to other online university i.e. Baker University. Just be cautious before selection, because such things consumes lot of money as well as your precious time.
