    well

are u a canadian citizen? or in india currently? if you are a canadian citizen, it shouldnt be a problem to get a F1 visa, but if u are applying from india, its kind a hard to get F1. but the easier bet for you would be to tell your husband to apply for you a K1 visa which is a fiance visa , u will get it for three to six months i know.

    good luck

    which semester r u going?

    Srilath,
If your husband lives in the USA and has a green card, I believe he/you CAN apply for a GREENCARD. In the US immigration laws, families can not be seperated. You are his lawful wife and even if you were not admitted into MUA, you should be able to JOIN your husband in the states, unless the US immigration laws dicriminates countries.

On the other hand, I am wondering how a person is admitted to the MUA and that student is expected to finish her school if she can not obtain a visa for the US? Language schools can do this to their students, can MUA not? Did you talk to the school officials? Good luck
