    What is the mechanism of action of RhoGAM[Anti-Rhd Antibodies ] when given to Rh -ve mothers with Rh+ve fetus?

    It binds Rh factor in the mother's blood & prevent production of anti-Rh Ab during the pregnancy.

    RhoGAM is IgG anti-D (Rh) that binds to fetal Rh+ RBC's that have 'leaked' into the Mother therefore preventing the Mother from alloimmunization.
