anyone selling first semester basic science textbooks?

    Advertisements

    Hi everyone ,

I'm gonna be starting my first semester in the basic science program at MUA Nevis and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in selling me their 1st semester textbooks? And does anyone have any info on what's going on with housing...I called the island and they didn't really have much info except that they need housing accomodations for about 90 students but there's only room for 48 in the dorms...is everyone just finding housing on their own?

    Thanx,

    Sindy

    Hi Sindy

I am selling all of my first semester (med1) books. Let me know what books you need.

    Anatomy: Moore's, 14th Ed. $41
    Grant's Dissector, 12th Ed. $33

    Histology: Functional Histology, W/CD 4th Ed., $55
    Basic Histology, 9th Ed., $10

Embryology: Developing Human: Clinnically Oriented Embryology, 6th Ed. , $26

I have to go to the campus tomorrow so I will ask about the housing for you.

New and unattached students have to stay in the dorm for the first semester. However, the dorm only has 24 rooms (thus, 48 people max.) so I don't know what the school would do. I have to go to the campus tomorrow so I will ask about the housing for you.

if you have any other questions let me know.

    Hey Charlie,

Do you have Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy also? It was recommended under anatomy and I heard it's pretty useful...I'd definitely be interested in buying your books from you...I found out about housing(finally!!) but thanks anyway.

    Netter's Atlas

    Hi Sindy,

Netter's Atlas is a must. It's our bible. I am keeping my Netter's. I don't think anybody would sell their Netter's. You should get the latest Ed. (3rd Ed.).
