    MUA Health Insurance

What is the cheapest possible option for the required Health Insurance for clinical rotations? I am hoping to pay <$50. I am a Canadian student.
Thanks in advance for any help!

lol sorry I meant 50/month. Got some quotes for about 60/month. Would that be considered reasonable?

I think so. that is like $600 a year. that is not bad. If you actually use it you will expect to pay a lot because that coverage likely covers very little. I went for the cheapest and hoped I didn't need to use it.

As of 2008, you could not pay for healthcare at the Nevis hospital/clinic. Our son had to go there for a broken leg, and there was no charge (socialized med). But we did see a PCP doc who was a teacher at the school, good doc, equaled about 40$/visit. Therfore I would get a reasonable catastrophic only policy, which I think all the policies were at that time.
