Massachusetts - Can MUA graduates practice here?

    Advertisements

I've read on other forums that caribbean students that do not graduate from the big-4 (Saba, AUC, SGU, Ross) have a hard time getting licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Do any current MUA graduates have any information or experience with applying for a FULL license to practice in Massachusetts?

    Thanks,

    Hyloran

I don't know about this school specifically, but you should be aware that MA is comparatively IMG-unfriendly in general. Even if your school is accepted by the state licensing board, that does not necessarily mean that a match is going to be in the offing. Yes, there are IMGs working there, but the numbers are far lower than many of the more IMG-friendly states.
