Yes. This would def be helpful. I know most people say don't review, but honestly, I think a heads up would be helpful.
I strongly disagree with those who advise against reviewing before heading to the island.
I took a cadaver dissection class last spring at a local college. It was very helpful. I was able to acquired some good dissection techniques, learned how to care for the cadaver, and most importantly be able to identify various structures, etc.,
I agree with the notion that people should read ahead. Take a look at the chapter in anatomy that orients you to the subject, then look at the upper limb. After that, start looking through the "Blue Boxes" in the Moore (Big or Baby). The Netter's is also a good tool to look at whenever you want clarification on where something is (or is great to study for those lab exams).
Another book I found helpful (especially when the lab is closed the night before the exam, or when the lab was too crowded), is the "Color Atlas of Anatomy" by Rohen and Yokochi. A used one online was about $10, and is a book of photographs of very well dissected cadavers. Definitely worth investing (even in a used, old edition). The library has two copies, but they're on limited reserves.
