    Residency Rates

This year MUA students matched 99% in their residencies. Out of those about 93% got their first choice. Their USMLE I pass rate is about 86% and USMLE II pass rate is about 83%. If you are Canadian and want to go back to Canada, their pass rate for Canadian Medical Licensing Exam (MCCLE) pass rate is 100% (if I am not wrong, don't catch me on this though.... lol).
You can also call the MUA admissions office and ask all the questions you need. They will be more than happy to help you. As they say, they do it "Serving you is our number one priority"

    Hope this helps.

I have posted this 3 times, but it doesn't seem to be getting posted.. here it is again..

I would assume that is the Admin, no one else would have those numbers. Even the ECFMG doesn't know the numbers by school.

Admin told me those same numbers during my interview. And yes, that is the first time pass rate. (I asked) The step 2 CS pass rate is 100%

As for the canadian MCCLE pass rate I don't know. I didn't ask.

Well I was told that the average grade on step one is a few points lower than the average score from one of the SC med schools.

Remember this.... you NEED to make a high score on step one your FIRST time. Most residency programs want to see your FIRST attempt, not just your highest grade after a few tries.

You can only take the exam over again if you fail the first time, otherwise you are stuck with the score that you get even if its passing. That's what I thought I read but needed to clarify and after clarification, yeah if you take it and you pass then that's it. You are stuck with that score.

We get caught. How? Not by what we give but by what we expect. We get misery in return for our love; not from the fact that we love, but from the fact that we want love in return. There is no misery where there is no want.

MUA admins told me that you need to get a 200 on step one before they place you into clinicals. What if you score is lower but you still pass?
