attrition rate + island life compared to nevis

    Advertisements

Hi,simply wondering about the attrition rate at Mua Belize..Has it passed out any Residencies yet...I did do a search on attrition but didnt find anything.

Umm..Secondly, It'll be really helpful if someone could provide an idea of the island. Since I am not able to find many pictures of belize here...

    Thanks in advance

If you do a google search of san pedro or ambergris caye, you should be able to come across a good selection of sites that will give you an adequate idea of how the island looks like.

I have been told by students who have attended both nevis and the belize campus, that this island is alot more stress free. In the sense that everything is available that you would find back at home. Its got a nice balance so that you won't go insane just studying all the time. You are able to experience the island life, the night life and relax when you need yo get away from the pressures of school. It is also safe and affordable.

PLease remember that this is a tourist island so its catered to making tourist enjoy their stay here. So, imported items like snacks may be more expensive then in the states but the belizean equivalence to those items are cheaper.

I will try to add pictures of apartments and the island scene when i get time.

Sorry but you may have to wait for a few days to here more replies because it is exam time so everyones busy preparing for the 3rd set of exams. Please be patient!

    Sorry, an important correction.
You will most certainly NOT find everything there that you would at home. It is a pleasant place with pretty ocean views but it is a 3rd world country/island. Be prepared to spend $3 for a can of diet coke too.

My initial post was in Nov 2005 - attrition rate question still unanswered. Well, Teri has pulled itself from belize's loan program + the current affairs of SC etc etc. STAY AWAY POTENTIAL STUDENTS!!!
I was accepted without an interview into this school.

I am not wanting to bash the school but these are the facts!!! Call TERI for yourself and findout.. Look for any other carribean school but this one.
