I am 29 years old. Two weeks ago, I experienced severe back pain and leg cramps. I had pain in the lower part of my tummy as well.

I experienced the same symptoms after a week. Is it because of my weak muscles? I do not engage in physical activities such as workouts due to my job's nature and the stress I have. What should I do to relieve my lower back pain? I was terrified and humiliated, so I used hot packs and pain reliever sprays.

But they give only temporary relief. A friend of mine suggested consulting a registered physiotherapist. But will it provide permanent relief? Anyone here had undergone physiotherapy treatment for back pain? Was it helpful? Please advise.
