Need help, how to overcome PTSD

    Advertisements

Hello friends, I am a student, and now I can't go to school. No one is there to compel me to go, which results in sitting in the washrooms crying. I think this is a symptom of PTSD due to the terrible life I had, some of which I experience day by day. My childhood was full of dark, with my quarrelling parents. I was always alone in my home. When I was watching TV alone at my house, one of my father's best friends came home as usual, and I was thrilled to see him as I got a companion to spend time with. But I was abused by him and was not able to share it with anyone.I hate this world and myself. I'm worried I'm not getting the appropriate education. I rarely go to my classes. Can anybody help me to get out of this situation? If this situation continues, I don't know how my future will be! When discussed this situation with my aunt, she promised me to come here and take me for PTSD treatment. Friends, do you have any similar experiences? Can this treatment make my problems solved? I'm hopefully waiting for your reply. Thanks.

That is very unfortunate that you had those experiences and it is simply not fair you were treated poorly.
excellent that you are reaching out for help. I think engaging your local trained support community is best.

There is a way out of this and you can get through this as many have. you have already made the first big step and realized you need help. do contact these organizations, they can help you.
