    Lower you cholesterol is a very good idea. Work on reducing your cholestrol. This can reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke even when your level is not high. Exercise to reduce weight.

    Isn't there something about 'bad' cholesterol and 'good' cholesterol; and that only the bad one needs to be regulated?

    For diet plans you need to eat clean vegetables, clean fruits, seafood and genuine water, But don't eat too much prevent over eating. Eat as much as you need, Keep on everyday exercise and frequent stroll....

    Cholesterol is not good for health so it should be controlled. We should avoid eating fast food and oily food stuff to reduce cholesterol.

    Cholesterol can be controlled through an effective diet plan.
    Avoid all fried foods, fats, junk & fast foods to cut down the level of the fat and cholesterol in your body.
    Eat more raw fruits and vegetables to effectively control your cholesterol level... Green tea, coffee, fish oil, fruits juices, and vegetables soups are more rich foods to control the cholesterol level.
