    Walk for Health

    There is nothing better than walking. Walking a mile everyday, or taking reasonable exercise three times a week, promises to reduce the risk of heart disease, as well as strengthens bones and keeps them strong.

    Totally agree with you. Morning walk is very much beneficial for health. Walking helps in good digestion that makes our immune system strong.It may lower risks of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes & breath problems.

    Yes, m totally agree with you. Walking can save you from various health problems like diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease and many more.
