    Walk for Health

    There is nothing better than walking. Walking a mile everyday, or taking reasonable exercise three times a week, promises to reduce the risk of heart disease, as well as strengthens bones and keeps them strong.

    Walking is the best excercise to keep good health and fitness nothing is better then this. We should walks a miles everyday in morning.

    Walking is very good for our health and fitness.
    If you walk 2 miles daily you can control a number of diseases and maintain a good fitness level.
    It helps a lot control blood pressure, heart problem, obesity, stomach diseases, depression, and anxiety.

    Walking is one of the best medicines to loss weight. It is a continuous and regular activity one has to follow. Along with over weight and Stress also has negative impact on the heart and sometimes causing heart stroke. So, have a cholesterol lipid test often.
