Not all forms of diet and exercise are applicable for everybody. I think what's best is you visit a nutritionist to know what diet and exercise is best for you. It's really better to be sure and safe than to try things you really aren't sure of.

A very good and healthy lifestyle is advisable aside from the right diet we have to maintain. Any food we need to eat must be taken in moderation.

Only healthy and organic food. No artificials. Try to do sport and drink fresh water at least 1,5 liters per day.

Nothing beats eating healthy and a good exercise. Busy schedule might encourage less healthy meals or skipping them. That should not happen so making a plan or list of meals ahead of time will help you maintain good health.

A list of meals is a good idea!
