Most health care centers require a swab sample of fluid from the infected area of the body. Than laboratory examine these samples. But problem is that, some times laboratory gives the result as negative but there is still HIV or herpes involved. So it can become serious if no treatment have been taken. Sometimes positive results but there is no infection and drugs affected negatively.
