    MD, Hair Transplant ??

Actually, even Dermatology, GS, even if you do FM, you can pursue cosmetic surgery, and do many procedures.....as long as your scope permits, many ENT do rhinoplasty etc....you don't have to be a plastic surgeon these days to perform "cosmetic procedures"

This particular MD completed her residency in FM followed by some training in liposuction and breast implant surgery. End result? One patient dead and around 20 lawsuits for malpractice.

    MDs performing Cosmetic Surgeries !!!

Sir, You are Absolutely correct, consumers should review MD credentials, especially in the area of plastic and cosmetic surgery.

Saying that, any MD can perform cosmetic procedures after minimal training, hence my answer to the post.

Ofcourse, as a FM, I'm not comparing my background to 5 year surgical residency training, especially in plastic surgery. nevertheless, You can do basic procedures, and if you do them often, you can be competent in selected few.....example: Fillers and Botox, etc...

    Cheers

Hehe, I agree. Actually, competency with botox operations is relatively easy to achieve of course.
