    Can anyone give me an estimate of how much in loans 4 years of schooling and expenses would come out to for the big 3 schools?

    What is IHELP? I have never heard of it before?
    I have used Staffords before, but in combonation with Citiassist (private). I am not sure wether Citiassist would be available for SGU....but is the interest rate for TERI is good? DO you have any idea if it is similar to Citiassist?

    Thanks =)

    So it's about 200K for AUC now since they raised the tuition and all the health insurance hikes going on. That's "decent"(if there is such a thing as a decent 200k dollar loan).

    Anyone know of the figures for the other two schools(Ross, SGU)?

    Big Bucks to be paid at SGU.

    First year budget for the 2003-2004 academic year at SGU according to their financial aid office is $48512. As their MD program comprises five academic years, the grand total at the end of the journey will be approximately $250000 + interest charges.

    AUC

    My loans were BEFORE the tuition hikes. Remember that I am finishing residency, and I finished AUC in a September, so it has been nearly 4 years since I graduated. I borrowed somewhere between 170K and 180K. for school. the rest is interest. Also keep in mind that I had my wife down there. That paid for her food, housing was a bit more expensive for me, because I couldn't sare a room with another student (I did share a house with another married couple), and we flew home every break. So my costs are above average

    TERI may not be around anymore. That may be why nobody here has heard of them. G
