you have to go to medical school to become a human doctor. it's typically 4years or more and then you have to complete some sort of training in the desired specialty which can vary depending on the country and the specialty. the cost can vary probably it's free or at most a few thousand US dollars to complete medical school in your own country and it can be as expensive as $250 Thousand US dollars in other countries.

No one is answering your query because the info can be easily found by doing a search, people don't like to help lazy people on here.

Forget about getting your MD in less than 3 years. You can get your MD in AT LEAST 4 years but probably longer.

The only way to shorten your program of study is by getting transfer credits for the courses you have already done. Since you're a veterinarian, it is unlikely you can shorten your program by a significant amount if at all.

Canadian and U.S. schools are probably offlimits to you since you're not a U.S./Canadian citizen I assume. If I were you I'd contact carib schools for any possible options.

A 3 year course for medicine does not exist, the shortest you will find is 4 years, your best hope is the Caribbean but make sure you choose a medical school that is well recognised. As had been said, you will need around $250,000 USD. You must decide if it is worth paying a load more cash to finish 2 years earlier than you would in Egypt.

I'm currently studying at misr university in october city, you should contact them, I heard some people who already had science-related degrees got to finish in 5 years because they will count some of your subjects, also if you take a summer semester each year, you could probably finish in 4.5 years.

You can definitely take summer semesters, this is not a problem, but you should visit or phone them to check what subjects they can count from your degree, because I'm not sure about the details.

Even Carib schools are going to give you trouble about Prerequisite course work (at least AUA will, other schools SHOULD do it also). Odds are you don't have the same course work reflected in your background which are the regular undergraduate prerequisites for entrance directly into the medical school.
