EU universities are no doubt give you high quality education. What about the unis in the countries you've mentioned, I think it is not a very good idea to enter them, it is better to graduate from an EU one.
Upon graduation, It appears EU medical graduates are disadvantaged when it comes to getting into a residency in Europe if they aren't already EU citizens. Does it make more sense for a non EU citizen to apply to a Non-EU European uni (Serbia, Moldova, Ukraine..) if ones intention is to work in the non European Anglosphere (USA, Canada, Australia..)? I assume there's not a big difference in quality between Serbian medical education and Bulgarian, other than the tuition fees.

I feel as if the quality of education between Serbia and Romania for example should be the same. I may be wrong but unless there's a multinational EU medical council auditing every medical school I don't know why the quality would be different. For Ukraine, Belarus.. they are poor ex soviet nations and so, It seems likely to be problematic, then again this is conjecture.
Wish you good luck![]()
