    Transfer between European med schools

Hi guys im wondering if it really matters which uni you study medicine at in Europe ?
I plan to either come back to the U.K or go to North America (USA or canada)
Any help would be appreciated. I am currently a 3rd year student at the University of Debrecen, Hungary. Im thinking of transferring to either sofia or Pleven in Bulgaria, as these two seem to be the only universities accepting transfers, that I know of at the moment.
    2 reasons-
    1) Tuition fees in Debrecen costs around 12,000-13,000 a year, whereas Bulgarian universities cost around 8000 euros.
    2) both give MD, but I've been in Debrecen for 4 yrs now and am still in between 2nd and 3rd year, as if you mess up one subject they make you repeat a whole year. I messed up this yr and hence it would now take me an additional 5 yrs and 100,000 to complete this degree.
Any help would be appreciated. Pleease let me know if there are any other universities accepting transfers. Thanks.
