Ukraine, probably? Assuming you speak Ukrainian or Russian, can dodge the current political upheaval, and do not mind the current wages for physicians there, which are terrible.

Unfortunately, without an EU degree, without EU citizenship, and without fluency in an EU language (English does not count in most cases), the EU is going to be a very steep uphill battle. You could try Ireland, but they are getting quite competitive and similarly-credentialed EU applicants will take priority over non-EU applicants at every turn. Australia and New Zealand are hiring, but they require a minimum of 3 years clinical experience. North America is out unless you can pass the boards for US or Canada, and can match into residency there... without USCE that is increasingly unlikely.

There may be a number of options in smaller countries around the globe, but you will need to speak the language there, at the very least. And, of course, there is always the option of returning to India, assuming you can pass the examination and get a training position there.

Look, this is not intended to make anyone feel bad, but this post is a sterling example of exactly the kinds of questions that one needs to ask BEFORE investing loads of time and money in a foreign medical degree. Where will you be eligible to work after graduation, and under which circumstances?

Thanks for the reply..i know that he is allowed to work in India same like other graduates who did MBBS in India after clearing the MCI screening exam. but i just wanted to know more clear picture what and where he can go to pursue higher education along with work and that too without the MCI (Medical council of India) registration..
