    recommendation pls

    Advertisements

    Hi everyone

this is my first post in this forum

currently, i've graduated with a phd (electrochemistry/neurochemistry) from a university in malaysia

thing is, i would like to take up medicine and work as a medical dr.

the education policy in malaysia stated that if someone graduated with a 1st degree, he/she cannot register for a 2nd degree.

therefore, i can't do my medical degree in malaysia

pls suggest me a few medical schools in europe, where scholarships are available and enough to accomodate me and my wife for the whole course of medical studies

    thank you very much

I think the chances of getting a scholarship for med school are about 0. Do you have any other questions?

I suspect the reason you've not had replies so far is because of your stipulation that there should be generous scholarships available. Most of the European med. schools spoken of on this forum are commercial enterprises- english language medical courses run by established schools in eastern europe to bring in much needed foreign currency. Do a web trawl of the schools mentioned on this forum to see if any do offer scholarships. I suspect that most don't and if they do the amount of money will be small. However, many of these schools have a long history, going back to the cold war era, of subsidizing students from developing countries to study in the native language courses. So you could also try approaching the embassies of CZ, PL, HU etc. to talk about it; but my guess is you would have to study in those languages.

I robbed a bank (in another country of course). Don't put bullets in the gun (or prefereably use a plastic fake gun) and if you're caught you can still get out soon enough to try again before you're too old.
