follow-up question regarding sending money to Czech

Hi, wondering if anyone has advice on this. I need to transfer 100 euro to a bank in the Czech Republic (application/exam fee for Palacky U). I've looked at several options for this...getting a check from AmEx, wiring money via Western Union. I really don't want to get screwed in fees (or in lost money). Any input/advice?
    Thanks,
    Mary Lou

For such a small amount, wiring is almost cost prohibitive.

If you have the option, get an international money order (from Western Union for instance) and physically mail it to the school. They can then deposit it themselves.

For my medicals for Jag, I just sent them a photocopy of my medical checkup report from a small clinic.

But what does health certificate cover?

I mean do we need HepB and HIV results etc.

Some med schools ask for diff stuff. HepB takes 6 months!
