Great Deal- Looking for Roommate, NY

    Advertisements

I am a laidback twenty-something year old female in my last year at Ross. I live on da 2nd floor of a house with three other students- one from Ross and two from AUA. We all get along pretty well. The house is in a very nice Latino middle-class family-oriented neighborhood, located abt 12 minutes walk to Wyckoff hospital, and near grocery stores, the post-office and shopping areas. It's only abt 6 mins walk to the L train stops @ Myrtle-Wyckoff Ave and @ Halsey Ave. It is also located 30 mins via train and bus to Brookdale Hospital.

My room is a large studio-like apt. Everything is included in the rent: Light, Heat, Gas, Internet, Cable with about 800 tv channels. This is the largest room in the apt and is now renting for $1000/ month. However, I will be charged $50/month extra if I have another person in my room, to cover extra light usage. All you pay is your share of the rent and the extra charge. I am looking for someone to share my large studio apt with me. It has a living room with a huge futon chair/bed and a large tv. There are three huge windows which let in adequate sunlight, and provide a cool nice breeze in the summer. There is a reading table and chair by the window which I hardly ever use 'cos I like to read on my bed. There is also adequate storage space for your personal items.

The bedroom is seperated from the living room and allows some measure of privacy (without a door, lol!). It has a queen bed which is tres comfy! lol. So u pay $500 if you want the bed and $450 without it (in dat case, u get the couch). Downside to all of this is we share the Kitchen and bathroom with the other students, but they are kept very clean. And you get a deal that you cannot beat while you save money during your rotations in NYC! No where else will you find a deal like this... Look at the pictures before you turn it down! Reply or call if interested. 646-824-1735. Take a look at the pictures in my album... thanx
