Okay, I found it under non United Nations members states
This place is a joke. I would not even look into this "school" I would say by far the worse Caribbean medical school there is. It only has 1 "instructor" who reads from the book to you, she is also the dean, the owner, everything. There is only 5-8 students in the school. All Indian - they talk their own language, disrespectful. The "staff" is a joke. Unprofessional, rude, and clueless. They will feed you with a bunch on nonsense to get you to attend. No clinical, they keep pawning off "success" stories from students of Saed from when she was teaching at CMU. CMU dismissed her for several reasons. I attend for a half a semester (which was unorganized, we had days off that were unplanned) and she would always say "by the grace of god. i think him" but her students will never succeed. They have no financial aids other then 2 scholarships they offer which are a joke. If you are seriously looking at going here do your research, I have filed complaints with ECFMG, CAAM-HP, and Curacao Government. I would be surprised if they were operational this time next year.

It doesn't take much to start a medical school on that Island. The Island's government sees these schools as businesses and you can open one up by getting a business license and renting some facilities. That's it! The government doesn't regulate these schools as educational institutions and the Island has no internal system of accreditation.
The only school I know of that applied from there to be accredited by an outside agency was Avalon and they were promptly denied. The inspection report cited as reason the poor quality of their clinical rotations. The report is online and you can see it for yourself.
When the ECFMG's more stringent accreditation guidelines take effect on or about 2030, a vast majority of these schools will disappear or they will stay in business recruiting students from India or Africa who will be going back to their home countries without taking the Steps.
Why am I not surprised?
Hi I'm going through the same ordeal with this school. I paid them tuition and they could not set up a proper rotation for me except for an urgent care place. I asked them to find me something better and was dismissed lol. Unbelievable right? Now I'm waiting for my refund. They promised to refund within a week, I'm still waiting. By the end of the last day I will report them to ECFMG and Sue them to court if I don't get my money.
Interesting. Thank you very much for the information.
I feel like they have already work on that issue.
It's really hard to continue through such conditions.
