    A 60 year old woman with a history of 20 pounds lost in the lasr 4 weeks, ol she complains tht her meals are getting stuck in her chest and not only has this symptom been getting progressievely worse, the feeling persists throughtout the day.she also has history of smoking for the last 30 years and she drinkis alcohol
    What is the MOST likely DX?
    A- esophagal cancer
    B-Para esophageal hiatal hernia
    C-Reflux esophagitis
    D-Autonomic nervous system Dysfunction
    E- lower esophageal ring
