    can uncle sponsor visa in us

    hi

    I am a medical graduate from india

    my uncle is a doctor in the usa who has his own clinic

    can my uncle sponsor any kind of visa for me so i can come to the usa and
    give my clinical skills exam

    to get a visa for csa from india has become very tough

    i had a green card which has expired and have returned it back

    is there any way my uncle can sponsor me

    i would greatly appreciate your help

    You can come on tourist visa or if he has enough income ( look at Dept. of Labor web site) then he can sponser H1 visa. But it is difficult to get H1 visa against your medical back ground. You can have H1 visa to work as an office assistant who knows Hindi to communicate with Hindi speaking patients. Later on you can change your sponser.
