    waiver

hi, it is a littbe bite har but possible, there is many way to apply for a waiver, there is the state 20 program or state 30 porgram, there is political asylum program hardship program, the best way to have all the information is to consult with an immigration lawer
once you get a job in an underserved area, you have to apply for a waiver it can take from 5 to 12 months it's a very long process and cost a lot also especiallt lawer fees
once you get the waiver and you start working , you have to apply for the geeencard it will take you 2 to 3 years to get it
this is general information, i didn't go throught the details, but in general that's the process

As far I know if one gets a J1 waiver and stays and works in USA then he/ she cannot apply for GC for the next three years ... after those three years they can apply for GC ....
