Isolation, loss of income and fear are triggering mental health conditions of a lot of people. A lot of us may be facing increased levels of alcohol and drug use, insomnia, and anxiety. How do you cope with the effects of this covid situation we are in now?

Whenever I feel anxious, I meditate. I usually find a quiet spot, sit in a chair or on a cushion on the floor with my legs crossed. I Close my eyes and concentrate on my breathing, making sure I do not to get distracted by my thoughts.
It's really important to stay healthy mentally, emotionally and physically during this time.
I hope everything will be better soon now that the vaccinations has started.
me too, i've cancelled a lot of trips last year.
when I feel anxious, I go out for a walk in our neighborhood. I also do some gardening to help me relax. Have you tried gardening?
