    I really like yoga. I know that many people don't consider this to be serious workout, but in my opinion it's great way to make your body more flexible and healthy. But it's worth remembering that yoga is quite traumatic. I recently injured my ankle due to the fact that my foot slipped on the floor. I know that a lot of people in my yoga class use this kind of orthopedic medical support for joints and ligaments, so I advise you to be careful and use such medical devices if you do get injured.

    Yoga is really beneficial physically, it also helps deepen your meditation practice
