    Food for healthy life

    I believe that eating healthy is a great way to be healthy, so I only buy food from the farmers' market. I also read several articles on top-mom com about baby food and I think it's better to make porridge for a child on your own than to buy in a store.

    Now I`m on a keto diet and I agree that fruits and vegetables are beneficial for the body.
