    Food for healthy life

APPLES: Along with strawberries, oranges, peaches and grapefruit, apples contain pectin
a form of fibre that can make you feel fuller for hours,
DATES OR DRIED MANGO: These little gems have all the sweetness of lollies, with the added bonus of vitamin C and iron...

It's really all about a balanced diet. Also, I'm still able to eat a slice of my favorite chocolate cake every now and then since I workout.
I've also heard a lot about spinach, broccoli, blueberry and wheatgrass being superfoods.

I used green vegetables and fruits for all my meals, restricted meats to beef, pork, and I used to regularly vegan for dinner.

I have a question. When you go to the cinema, what do you buy? cola and popcorn? As far as I know, it is very calories. How to replace it, if I really love it

    Hi, Foods for Healthy life

    Fruits and vegetables.
    Whole grains.
Low-fat dairy products like yogurt and cheese.
    Skinless poultry.
    Lots of fish.
    Nuts and beans.
Non-tropical vegetable oils (olive, corn, peanut, and safflower oils)

Broccoli is a good source of vitamin C as an orange. It also contains beta-carotene which is good for skin & eye sight.
